The Industry's Most Comprehensive Meeting

Cosmetics & Home Care Ingredients

The prestigious event of the cosmetics and home care industry, the '7th International Cosmetics & Home Care Ingredients Exhibition', is preparing to open its doors to industry professionals at the Istanbul Expo Center during spring 2025, between June 18-20.

When the event took its first step as an independent organization in 2015, it achieved participation exceeding expectations from the cosmetics, personal care, and home care products sector, which represents a dynamic branch of the chemical industry.

In contrast to the stagnation experienced in the global market since 2013, the cosmetics and home care sector in Turkey has been displaying a remarkable growth trajectory. Our country's strategic position, particularly its geographical proximity to Iranian and Middle Eastern markets, enhances its export potential. This advantageous situation significantly increases the interest of sector companies in Turkey towards international trade fairs. Through these organizations, companies gain opportunities to both expand their existing business networks and access new markets.

Turkish Cosmetics and Home Care Products Export Figures

The Cosmetics & Home Care Ingredients Exhibition, first organized in 2018, has become a significant meeting point for the industry. In 2018, Turkey's cosmetics sector had an export volume of 760 million dollars, while the home care products sector had an export volume of 610 million dollars, with both sectors primarily focusing on the production of basic products.

Over the past 6 years, both sectors have undergone a significant transformation, and as of 2023, the cosmetics sector's export volume reached 1.52 billion dollars, while the home care products sector's export volume reached 1.31 billion dollars, demonstrating an impressive total export performance of 2.83 billion dollars. This growth proves that Turkey has become a significant producer and exporter of high value-added, innovative products.

The Cosmetics & Home Care Ingredients Exhibition continues to develop in parallel with this rapid industry growth, hosting an increasing number of participants each year and continuing to strengthen the role of cosmetics and home care products sectors both in Turkey and globally.
